WILD HEART YOGA HOLISTIC HEALING?
Discover a holistic approach to mental health management here at Wild Heart Yoga Holistic Healing, where we specialize in the use of Yin Yoga Therapy, blended with counseling concepts, to cultivate a somatic, inner healing experience.
While we recognize the great benefits traditional talk therapy can have, we also recognize the importance of working with emotional energy that can be stored physically. While talking about your trauma and gaining better insight into yourself and your relationships can be very beneficial, it doesn’t necessarily teach your nervous system how to rewire and regulate on its own. This is where we come in!
You will be guided by a certified Yin Yoga Therapy instructor and Master's level Clinical Mental Health Counselor, through a series of sessions focused on somatic release of emotions. In these sessions, you will learn how targeting fascia can help regulate the nervous system, as well as learn skills for increasing mindfulness and gaining better leadership over your thoughts and emotions.
Services offered include in-home, private sessions, as well as small focus group programs, limited to 8 students per group. We are passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging environment for women to grow and heal together. The topics we often enjoy working with include:
