Yin Yoga Therapy · Somatic Healing
A holistic, body-centered approach to healing that helps you reconnect with yourself, access your innate capacity for regulation, and reclaim leadership over your inner world—so you can feel deeply without being overtaken by what you feel.
What is Wild Heart
Wild Heart Yoga Holistic Healing offers a holistic approach to mental health and chronic pain management, blending Yin Yoga Therapy with counseling concepts to create a deeply somatic approach to healing.
Traditional talk therapy can be incredibly valuable for understanding your story—but insight alone doesn't always create change. You may know where your patterns came from, understand your triggers, and have talked through your past, yet still find yourself responding in the same ways. This work shifts the focus from continually revisiting what happened to learning how to work with what is happening within you now. Through embodied practices, nervous system regulation, and inner awareness, you'll develop tools to move forward—not just understand where you've been.
The approach
Long-held postures target fascia — the connective tissue where tension and emotion are stored — to gently unwind what you've been holding.
Learn how to tap into your own internal regulators to signal safety to the nervous system & calm the mind.
Integrated counseling concepts and practical mindfulness skills help you meet what surfaces with awareness, and take back leadership over your thoughts and feelings.
As mind and body come into alignment, many find a deeper sense of wholeness — and, for those who seek it, spiritual connection.
What we work with
Softening the body's protective patterns and finding room to feel safe again.
Reconnecting with the body as a place of power, intuition, and belonging.
Meeting your relationship with food and body from compassion, not control.
Tending the overlap where physical pain and low mood keep each other company.
Private sessions
Your guide is a Master's-level Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a certified Yin Yoga Therapy instructor — trained to hold both the body and the story with equal care.
Private sessions are deeply intuitive. Rather than a fixed class, each one is shaped around you in the moment — your needs, your goals, and your history — so the practice meets your body and nervous system exactly where they are that day. That individualized attention is the real difference between a free online class and working together one-to-one: the chance to slow all the way down, modify, and tend to what's actually present in you.
Your body has been keeping score. Here, it finally gets to rest.Wild Heart Yoga · Holistic Healing
